The Visitor Registration feature of Touchsafe records all visitors, including their photograph, on-site status and requires them to complete their contact and other details before granting them access. Visitor Inductions can also be set up and populated with documents, videos and multiple choice questions to ensure visitors are aware of site rules, as well as the possible dangers on site and know what to do in the case of an emergency. Temporary swipe cards and PIN codes can be issued to cover their period at the site. An accurate log of all visitors details, including the times and dates they logged on and off-site are recorded and kept within the Touchsafe database and helps maintain a high level of access control. This information can be accessed by administration at any time.
