Document Handling
Most large organisations have a range of specifically created documents including, detailed work procedures (WPs), safe and/or standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) to ensure maximum efficiencies and safety in performing work tasks. As worksite accidents and illnesses not only can have tragic outcomes, they also often result in substantial loss of time and productivity. It is therefore essential that workers have easy and immediate access to all current relevant WPs, SOPs, JSAs and Hazard Management tools and documentation at all times.

Visitor Registration

The Visitor Registration module of Touchsafe records all visitors to the site, including their photograph, and requires them to complete their contact and other details before granting access. Visitor Inductions can also be set up and populated with documents, videos and multiple choice questions to ensure visitors are aware of the possible dangers on site and know what to do in the case of an emergency. An accurate log of all visitors details, including the times and dates they logged on and off-site, are recorded and kept within the Touchsafe database. This information can be accessed by administration at any time.

Having instant access to up to date reports is crucial in times of emergency and to help reduce downtime. Productivity and lives can easily be lost if a proper reporting system is not put in place. Touchsafe Reports are designed to reduce downtime and increase the overall safety on site. Touchsafe Reports can be 100% customised per site.

Training And Assessments

Touchsafe allows 24/7 access to training modules for all on-site employees and contractors. The modules can accommodate video formats, Ms Word, Ms Power Point and PDF documents. Training modules may be used to assess employees' knowledge and proficiency. Employees may be scheduled to complete a training module the next time they log in to TouchSafe and be prompted to do so.

Video Messages

Touchsafe allows users to leave a video message on the system and assign it to individual users, crews or areas of your site. This can be used as a general notice board for management or at shift hand over.

Road Monitoring Software

Many sites have roads restricted to certain types of vehicles e.g. haul roads for mining sites. Touchsafe's Restricted Road Monitoring System consists of a state of the art Laser Detector and Camera System that detects vehicle types to identify inappropriate vehicles. Photographs of unauthorised vehicles including registration plate numbers are sent to designated staff e.g. security.
