Gates and doors are accessed from PIN Codes forwarded to them with authorised personnel having overriding swipe cards/FOB and PIN Codes.

 

Since 2010, we have produced and stored access control hardware and software systems in four central Queensland mines. Sign on books have been replaced with RFID (swipe) cards and PIN codes to accurately record staff and contractor attendances. The detailed web-based reports are used by them for payroll purposes and safety management. Visitors are electronically registered with inductions and photographic identification. Similarly, they can be issued with a swipe card and PIN codes for temporary access. Gates and doors can be programmed to open and close assigned times, while the operation of amenities such as lighting and air conditioning can be similarly programmed to match the hiring periods. Full reporting of all activity is available from our web-based (cloud) software application. Solar power and 4G systems are available for remote locations or otherwise where applicable.  

 

Jellinbah Mining purchased a comprehensive TouchSafe system in 2010. We installed boom gates and our industrial controller units (tested to 70 degrees C) to monitor access to the site, which is done using swipe cards and/or PIN codes. Administration staff and supervisors monitor all access via our web-based reporting system using the data for payroll integrity and safety management. An Overstayers Alert add safety and increased monitoring. Our drug and alcohol testing candidate selection system select individuals after coming on site giving greater integrity to the process. We also installed the road monitoring system to help facilitate the operation of hall trucks only using the Hallage Rd. Our visitor registration system is another vital part of their TouchSafe package. Jellinbah also purchased our document handling, testing and assessment modules. Essential live locked down websites such as the Bureau of Meteorology and Chemalert are always available for all staff.

Since 2008, we have supplied TABs in four states and territories in Australia with over 11,000 interactive touchscreens and integrated computer touchscreens (our design) so that users can search for betting information on a huge range of sporting events. These touchscreens are robust because unfortunately losing customers sometimes may vent their emotions on the object that gave them the betting information in the first place. Not one of these units has been returned due to a broken or damaged screen.
